We will newer use your personal data against your will or forward it to third patry. You will recieve only letters with special offers and proposals and you always will have possibility to unsubscribe. 

HOW TO PAY FOR ORDERED PRODUCTS?

All prizes on www.FunBox.ee are in euros and include VAT. You can pay through internet bank, on delivery or according to prepayment invoice. Please inform us by e-mail info@funbox.ee if you want to get the invoice. Invoice should be payed during 3 working days and order will be sent out after we recieve money. 

FunBox.ee leaves itself aouthority to issue 50% prepayment invoice or not to send out order if client have several times refused to buy out the package.

HOW FAST I WILL GET MY ORDER?

Shipping time depends on product status. Usually shipping time is 2-3 weeks, if period is longer we will inform you personally.

METHODS OF SHIpping AND PAYMENT.

There are 3 shipping methods:
1. ELS courier (courier will deliver package at home)
2. SmartPOST (Order will be delivered to SmartPost parcel terminal located in your local shop or supermarket)(more infowww.SmartPOST.ee)
3. Eesti Post (Estonian postal service)
4. Store Pickup 0 � (Pickup of the order in our Office in Tallinn Masina 22.)

Shipping costs depend on payment method:
1. ELS courier 3 EUR (full prepayment)
2. SmartPOST 1 EUR (full prepayment)
3. Eesti Post 3 EUR (full prepayment)
4. Store Pickup 0 EUR (full prepayment)
If you would like to pay on delivery, then 2 EUR, will be added to (1 EUR, 3 EUR, 3 EUR).

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER PROCEEDED?

You will get confirmation letter on your e-mail.

 

CAN I CHANGE/CANCELL MY ORDER?

You can change/cancel your order. Just write us on e-mail info@funbox.ee or call 56948305.

CAN I TURN PRODUCT BACK?

You can turn product within 14 days starting from receiving day and get money back. Product should be unused and in original package. According to Estonian law you have 2 years to lodge a complaint.
